Commissions + TOS

BLITSZY’S TERMS OF SERVICE.

In working with me, you are automatically bound to follow these terms with the risk of blacklisting in the future if you purposefully disobey or ignore them.• If I recently add something to my TOS, you will not be penalized

.General:
•Please feel free to message me at any time to see progress on your commission, but do not pester me daily. Your patience is always appreciated.
•Please be polite and respectful, this is a work environment and I am working with you, not against you!
•Please do not try and barter my prices.
•Friendly conversation is completely fine, however please remember it’s a professional environment within these chats.
•Any extra WIP progresses you would like outside of the original sketch are always welcome and will always be accounted for.
•100% of the payment can be refunded before the image has finished being sketched. After the sketch is complete/Lineart starts only 75%, and after the lineart is done only 45%. From then on, no refunds will be given.Art
•When receiving requests/free art, it does not add any worth to the character.
•With commissions you cannot get another artwork for free if you dislike the approved finished artwork (Please communicate during the stages of progress instead!)
•Do not go over my work or claim it as your own ( this includes tracing and copying)
•No removal of my signatures in works, I already hide them for your convenience.
•Unless I have missed a detail of your character , I will not redraw or heavily edit a piece previously approved by oneself. (ie. Approved sketch, this is when you must communicate to me the most.)
•I will only edit it up to 5 times. Anything further I will not alter however the rule above this one overrides this rule. (This is so my time isn’t wasted going back and forth and “finishing” it again, saying an infinite amount of changes in one message for example is fine.)
•No replacing images on an already completed reference sheet or general drawing.
•I retain the right to use the artwork for personal commission examples.
•If you suddenly wish for me to redo a finished piece, you will unfortunately have to pay the price as if it was another artwork if it’s already been confirmed/approved by you and completed!
•Prices can differ from base prices due to character complexity.
•Please do not profit off of my artworks! This includes reference sheets being used for commercial use examples!Adopts
•If they have no extra art, don't sell them for more than you got.
•Do not resell within a week of purchase.
•Do not replicate the design.
•Do NOT delete comments upon bidding and offering unless you've typed wrong or responded to the wrong comment! If you're no longer interested please just EDIT your comment with something along the lines of "Backed out". This is because this confuses bidding wars on all ends.Customs
•Please add proper credit for art and design!
•Do not sell for more than you paid for unless they have extra art.
•Do not resell within a week of purchase.
•You may do any changes to the design, but a heads up to let me know nothing was copied is optional!Designs are fine to use with commercial use. I simply request you ask first!
All credits must apply appropriately if used commercially.•Other than precautions, you can use designs by me and alter them however and whenever you like , I am not going to deny you of this as they are now legally yours!Through purchasing/receiving art or adopts, you swear to abide by these terms and will be blacklisted on three strikes of disobeying such agreement.
